What we collect and why

When you book a call, Calendly passes us your name, email address and anything you choose to enter. We use it to arrange and hold the call. Our legal basis is steps taken before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries.

When you email us, we keep your email address and your message so we can reply.

When you use this website, Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity and our website host's built-in analytics collect information such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. Clarity also records how visitors use pages, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement.

Cookies

Google Ads and Microsoft Clarity set cookies when you visit this website. They help us measure advertising performance and understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.

Who we share data with

Calendly, Google, Microsoft, our website host (Lovable) and our email provider, only so that the services described above work. We do not sell your data.

International transfers

Some of these providers are based outside the UK. They use recognised safeguards for those transfers.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for 12 months after our last contact. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as the law requires.

Marketing emails

We do not currently send newsletters. If we start, we will only email people who have agreed, and every email will include an unsubscribe link.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or withdraw consent, by emailing contact@ommarketing.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
